Many buildings suffer problems throughout their life. This can be particularly disconcerting where it affects the internal environment and the health of the occupants. Where issues arise with a building, we can inspect and report upon the specific areas of concern, whether on behalf of prospective buyers or existing property owners. Our knowledge and experience of building pathology allows us to identify and provide effective solutions for addressing the problem or carrying out remedial works. In addition, and if required, we can arrange and supervise the appointment of contractors to carry out any necessary works.
